The record is split between the two artists, who were original members of the Black Love Crew: Side A (DJ Midas aka djMIDAS): Features the title track "Golden Cuts" and "Cash In Seclusion" (produced by DJ Midas, with cuts/scratches by him). Side B (Two B): Features tracks by Two B "Cherry On Top" produced by Dj Midas and "Bussiness With Pleasure" Produced by Oliver Twist, showcasing his raw lyricism over a jazzy production style. The EP was recorded in Los Angeles, and the striking album cover was photographed inside Leimert Park's famed 5th Street Dick's Jazz Club.
